At Supreme Hygiene, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as consumables and hygiene products that have been opened, are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@supremehygiene.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
